The Inventory Plot is a populated by information from both the Gantt and the Inventory Plan. It is a graphical representation of the changes in an Item’s inventory level for either the Operation or the Manufacturing Order clicked on the Gantt. It can be used to either show the Products or the Materials. The graph itself represents the inventory level for Products and Materials over a given period of time.
As the Inventory increases, it is represented by an greater area shaded in green. Any consumption of Products or Materials will be displayed as a decreasing area shaded in green. At every increase or decrease, hovering the mouse over the “step” will display the current inventory level for that Product or Material.
