Introduction
Within the configuration manager of every Instance of APS created there is the ability for many tasks to be automated. Automating these tasks in no way impairs the user’s ability to perform the same tasks manually, but will optionally trigger the following functions based on regular time intervals or at set times during the week:
- Import
- Clock Advance
- Optimize
- Publish
- Store KPI Snapshot
The format of the times depends upon the computer’s regional date/time settings. Additionally, days of the week must be specified in English. They are not dependent on regional settings.
Example Values:
Time Only: 08:00 (every day at 8am)
Day Only: Monday (every Monday at midnight)
Day and Time: Monday 08:00 (every Monday at 8am)
