Maintaining APS necessitates the additional role of a System Administrator, someone who can maintain the APS software and services to ensure connectivity and usability. System Admins for APS are generally responsible for the following:

• Maintaining Usernames and Permissions
• Troubleshooting
• Message Codes
• Connection to Third Party Systems (SQL Management Studio etc.)

Any user and any type of user can be marked as an Administrator and can therefore maintain the list of users and permissions.
